Sea Ray Living earned awards in four categories of the Hermes Creative Awards, an international competition that honors marketing and communication content of the highest caliber.
The fall issue brought home the competition’s highest honor, a platinum award, for overall written content. Gold awards for writing in a feature article and overall excellence in magazine publication highlighted the magazine’s superior lifestyle content and high standards of presentation, as well. The magazine also earned an honorable mention for overall design.
Judges from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) evaluated more than 4,000 entries this year on creativity and execution of print, online and audiovisual content. Other platinum award winners this year include 3M, Disney and Qualcomm.
“We are extremely pleased with the results of our first year entering the Hermes Creative Awards,” remarked Rob Noyes, vice president of marketing for Sea Ray Boats. “The goal of Sea Ray Living has always been to communicate the Sea Ray lifestyle through impeccable writing, photography and design, so it’s especially exciting to be recognized for all those strengths in one competition.”
The magazine is distributed to more than 180,000 Sea Ray boat owners, making it one of the most widely read marine titles in the world.
